Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BleuDoctype, LLC. (“BleuDoctype,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit bleudoctype.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to inquiries and understand how the Site is used.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. We use these solely to respond to your inquiry.
Usage analytics. We use aggregate analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (such as page views and referrers). This data is privacy-friendly and aggregated; it is not used to build advertising profiles, and the Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Private contract routes are excluded from usage analytics.
Contract and signature records. When we invite you to review or sign an agreement, we collect the party and signer details provided for that agreement, your confirmations and electronic signature, timestamps, IP address, browser information, timezone, access and download events, agreement copies, receipt identifiers, and cryptographic document hashes. We use these records to authenticate access, complete and deliver the agreement, protect confidential materials, prevent misuse, and preserve evidence of the transaction.

- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To provide secure agreement access and electronic signing.

We share information only with the providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed to deliver their service:
- Secure delivery services for messages and agreement copies.

Data retention
We retain inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete them when they are no longer required. We retain agreement and audit records for as long as reasonably needed to administer the agreement, protect the parties, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, accounting, and business-record obligations. Expired or voided invitation records may be retained as security evidence.
